Proceed up 10 stone steps to the elegant entry. Staircase to the left leads down to lower Bedroom level of the home. Straight ahead are French doors leading out to Hot Tub/Spa with golf course and ocean views, and large patio area with Gas BBQ and seating. To the right, down 3 steps, are two Bedrooms. The first has a Queen size bed, TV/DVD, and private Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub. The next Bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV/DVD, and private Bathroom with Shower. To the left of staircase are two more Bedrooms. The first Bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV/DVD. The next Bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV/DVD, and Private Bathroom with Shower. Continuing left, you come to the large Laundry Room with door out to front patio. Going back up the stairs to the entry, you continue up 7 more steps to the living level of the home featuring large, open great room with panoramic water views. Straight ahead is formal dining area with large table seating 10. To the left is Family Room area with huge flat panel TV, DVD, and stereo system. Door leads out to viewing deck. Left, past the Living area, is Bedroom with Queen size bed,TV/DVD, door to private deck, and private bathroom with Shower. Down 3 steps from the dining area is spacious gourmet Kitchen with six burner gas stove, as well as sitting area with Fireplace. To the right of the Kitchen is Breakfast nook. French doors lead out to the front deck with table and chairs. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED.
