"Ocean Fairways" Walk Through Description
Enter this sprawling multi-level home through large enclosed patio area with table, chairs, and Gas BBQ. Once inside the home, you turn left into spacious living room with fireplace, large flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. Continuing left, you pass through a small office area with desk, and up 4 steps to Master Bedroom with King size bed, large TV, VCR, fireplace, window seat, and slider door out to deck with Hot Tub/Spa. Huge Master Bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and large 2-person shower. Proceeding back through the Living Room and to the right, you come to the large Kitchen and dining area with large dining room table, TV, counter with bar stools, wet bar, and slider door out to deck with seating for viewing the golf course and Pacific Ocean. Through the Kitchen to the right, you come to a hall. On the left is a Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, and ocean views. Then, on the right is Full Bathroom with shower. At the end of the hall is Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, VCR, and slider door out to entry patio area. Staircase leads from the hall down to laundry room, which you pass through to get to the 4th Bedroom with 2 Full size beds, TV, DVD player, VCR, and Full Bathroom with shower. Door leads from laundry room to garage.
