"The Dolphin Home" Walk Through Description

Located in the Southern section of the Bodega Harbour Golf Links Community, with beach access path diagonally across the street, you enter this comfortable vacation home through a gated garden walkway, into a large entry foyer. To your immediate left is a half Bathroom. On your right is the large living room with Ocean views, gas fireplace and big screen HDTV. Next on your right is the formal dining room. Proceeding straight ahead, you come to the large, fully equipped Kitchen area with breakfast nook, eating/game table and open den. Laundry room with washer and dryer is on left side of Kitchen. Slider door from den leads out to wind protected deck area with Hot Tub/Spa. Door from Kitchen goes out to garage. Returning to the entry area you will find the bedroom wing of the home. The first Bedroom on your right has a Queen size bed and TV/DVD. The second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV/DVD. Proceeding to your left is a full Bathroom with tub and shower. Next is the Master Bedroom with King size bed and TV/VCR. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with ocean view and large shower. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.

July and August stays subject to 7 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% Hotel Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $30 Processing Fee and $35 optional non-refundable damage waiver.
