"Surfbird" Walk Through Description

You enter home into a tiled atrium area. The Master Bedroom with King size bed is to the left with a unique red tiled tub/shower in full Bathroom. The second Bedroom, also with a Queen size bed, is to the right. It too, has its own full Bathroom with tub/shower. Sliding doors from each of these bedrooms lead to the raised deck with outdoor Hot Tub/Spa. Back to the entry area, go up the stairs to the right and at this level is the Den, with Twin size trundle bed and its own full Bathroom with tub/shower. The living room with fireplace, TV and DVD player, is on the right. Sliding doors from living room and landing area lead to large deck with water views, perfect for BBQing. Back to landing area, proceed upstairs to dining area with water views on the left and Gourmet Kitchen on the right, featuring granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This home is on a cul de sac and is in close proximity to the Surfbird recreation area, Clubhouse area and short path to the beach. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
