Enter the home to the dining and kitchen area. Kitchen is on right; straight ahead up six steps is living room with gas fireplace and views of open water, Bodega Rock, Bodega Head and the Jetties, and small deck. Bedroom with King size bed is to left of living room, and this bedroom connects to a full bathroom with shower, and then up five steps to a second bedroom with 2 Twins and a Sofa bed. Back downstairs to entry level, and down six steps is Master Bedroom with King size bed and Master Bathroom. Down hall past Sauna and Full Bathroom is another Bedroom with Queen size bed. Large deck with Hot Tub/Spa faces panoramic water views. Includes deck furniture and BBQ. Steps lead down to sitting area adjacent to 1st Fairway of Golf Course. Back up to entry level, go through hallway, past another full Bathroom with tub, past washer/dryer to another Bedroom with King size bed. Back to entry area and up ten steps to same 2-Twin bed, sofa bed Bedroom that connects with upper King Bedroom off the living room. This home has a Gas BBQ.
