Enter home into tiled entry area. The living room, with TV/VCR, sound system, stone fireplace and Queen sofa bed, is to the right. Turning to the left is the dining area with water views running parallel along Doran Beach.

To the right, separated by a large counter with bar stools is the Kitchen. Returning to the entry area go straight ahead, up two steps to the bedroom level. The Master Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV and Master Bathroom with shower and private deck is to the left.

Immediately in front of you is the second Bedroom with two Twin size beds, and immediately to the right is the second Bathroom with tub/shower. Down the open hallway, all the way to the right is the door to the garage. To the left of this door is the entry to the third Bedroom, which has two Twin size beds. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

This home has a Gas BBQ and a Charcoal BBQ.
