This Resort style retreat is nestled away on a half acre of land and certified as a wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. Sleeps 6 adults and up to 4 children. Must be 25+ to book. The home is furnished with bespoke furniture, creating a thoroughly unique feel throughout. The upscale kitchen features built-in Miele kitchen appliances and all the cooking equipment you need to put together a lovely meal while looking out to the ocean. Groups and families alike can enjoy relaxing and watching TV in the generous seating area in front of a large gas fireplace.

Desk workspaces in the two bedrooms of the main home make this a wonderful choice for guests who may need to complete remote work. The guest house offers a TV, a queen bed, and a neighboring bunk room featuring twin beds which can be closed off with a sliding door. Come together at night on the extensively furnished deck, complete with a private hot tub for taking in the view in comfort. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then enjoy time around the fire table and overhead heaters as the sun goes down. You may be steps from the beach at this home, but the surrounding natural beauty is enough to captivate.

Important Home Layout Details:
Recently Renovated (2022) Main Home is set up as 2 bedroom & 2 Bathroom. Third bedroom is located in the neighboring guest house without a dedicated bathroom.

Primary Bedroom with ensuite features queen bed and work desk for any (hopefully limited) work during your stay.
Bedroom 2 in main home features full bed in addition to kids bunk bed (suitable for children under 14 years of age).
Bedroom 3 is located in the guest house right next to main house and accessible via exterior breezeway between home and the separated unit. (Please Note: Both bathrooms are located in the main house. There is no bathroom in the guest house). The guest house has Queen Bed in addition to another (suitable for children under 14 years of age). Bunk Bed area can be separated from Queen Bed area via sliding door.

Heating
Central gas powered heating in the main house along with the fireplace. Guest house is heated comfortably by 2x electric wall heaters

Outdoor Space
Bella Haven is located on half an acre and has a designated wildlife habitat status. Guests frequently see rabbits, quail, hummingbirds, and foxes in the yard along with deer and wild turkeys in the neighborhood. Additionally, multiple outdoor seating area options allow guests to enjoy the beauty of the Sonoma Coastline and immerse themselves in the wildlife without needing to even leave this coastal haven.

*Security camera details: Two surveillance cameras are installed at this home, one focused on the driveway and another on the entry gate. They are activated by motion, do not record sound, and are on 24 hours a day.

Children's Bell Tower and Potter Schoolhouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Wild Flour Organic Bakery (Freestone), Spud Point Marina, Bodega head (great whale watching spot), Jenner Headlands Preserve, and much more. Kayaking and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking, and mountain biking nearby.
