The open-concept living area features plenty of seating, a large coffee table perfect for board games or puzzles, and a telescope ideal for spotting whales on the horizon. A smart TV mounted above the fireplace allows you to log into your favorite streaming apps for cozy movie nights or catching up on shows. Whether you're gathering for an evening in or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book, this space invites you to unwind and feel at home.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream for any home chef, complete with a top-of-the-line Wolf stove and oven, generous counter space, and a bar area with three stools for casual conversation. For your morning coffee, choose between a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Coastal Sol comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with luxurious bedding and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom also includes a king-size bed, providing an equally restful space. The home’s second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping space, the sunroom offers a trundle bed that provides two separate twin beds. This room also doubles as a convenient workspace, perfect for remote work or virtual meetings with a view.

Step outside onto the ocean-facing deck—one of the home’s most treasured features. With plenty of seating, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine, watch the sun set over the Pacific, or spot wildlife roaming the adjacent ranch. Don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by a few curious cows, a family of deer, or catch a glimpse of a fox or bobcat in the distance. Around the corner, outside the primary bedroom, is a private spa, ideal for a soothing soak after a day of exploring or a peaceful afternoon retreat.

Just an eight-minute stroll from the house is Portuguese Beach, recently named the best place to view a sunset by Sonoma Magazine. Bring a blanket, take in the vast ocean horizon, and watch the colors shift across the sky—it’s a must-see during your stay.

In addition to the main home, Coastal Sol features a detached studio - a quiet, peaceful space perfect for morning yoga, reading, meditation, or simply enjoying a bit of solitude.
