This beautiful modern South Harbour home sits above the 2nd fairway and is exactly what you need for your next family vacation. The Cypress House overlooks the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean and a grove of tall majestic cypress trees. Enjoy watching spectacular sunsets, take in the peacefulness while listening to calming waves and the faint sounds of the foghorn in the distance. Sometimes you'll hear the seals perched on Seal Rock as you watch the golfers and wildlife pass by. With wonderful views from the deck and picnic table with a colorful market umbrella. A beautifully fragrant and seasonal flower garden with succulents greets you when you first arrive, there's always something in bloom!

The chef of the group will have a fully equipped kitchen with everything they'll need–the open floor plan allows you to be in on the conversation from the dining table to the sunken living room with comfy couches and large picture windows to sit back relax and enjoy the view!

The primary bedroom suite has a romantic wall-mounted electric fireplace and a full-size bathroom with a large walk-in floor-to-ceiling shower. The second bedroom has a cozy bed with an adjacent full-size bathroom. Upstairs, the loft has two sofa sleepers and is a great place for kids.

There are many things to do in Bodega Bay and its surrounding areas. Please stop by our new Visitor Center right in the middle of town on Hwy 1, you can't miss it! Their friendly staff will be more than happy to help you navigate your way, offer suggestions and what's happening while you're here visiting our breathtaking scenic California coast!

Garage is not available for parking use but enjoy use of the corn hole set stored in the garage.

House is officially a 2 bedroom home but has two sleeping lofts with queen sofa beds. Loft #1 is a semi private sleeping loft above the living room and is accessible via the spiral staircase. Loft #2 (with foosball) is a private sleeping loft accessible through stairs (steep) near the Dining table or through a small door from the living room loft. Ceiling in loft number 2 IS lower than ceiling in loft #1
