THE LOCATION
Located at the prime location in Bodega Harbour, this two story, newly renovated 4BR/3.5BA home enjoys 2800 sq ft of open concept spaces.  Panoramic windows afford guests stunning aerial vistas of the golf course, Bodega bay, and the Spud Point Marina.  Enjoy coffee and spectate the golf drama on the private deck, then wave to the players as they finish up the hole.  Lounge on the front patio and enjoy sweeping views of Point Reyes as you watch players tee off.

Flanked between two holes of the golf course, expect opportunities to watch and photograph native bobcats, deers, herons, egrets and quails as they roam the meticulously manicured grounds. 

Complete your coastal getaway by savoring award winning seafood chowder, clam bake, captain’s stew.  Visit the famous hole in the Bodega head. Enjoying available horseback riding on the beach, deep sea fishing excursions, guided bicycle tours, speed boating, sailing, kayaking and windsurfing in the Inner Bay.

After an unforgettable day, relax in your private hot tub and watch the picture perfect sunset against Bodega head.  Then rest in a luxurious and comfortable bed and fall asleep to the sounds of distant fog horn, crashing waves and singing seals. 

BED & BATH
The luxuriously appointed master suite features a king bed, leather sofa, electric fireplace and direct balcony access.  The spa-style master bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a water closet equipped with a Toto bidet.

The downstairs living space features three bedrooms and access to the covered hot tub. A queen and a full bedroom share a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower.  A second master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. A half bath upstairs provides added convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare home meals in the well equipped gourmet kitchen.  Grill meals on the backyard patio, equipped with a gas grill.  In the skylit dining room, the eight seat dining set provides room for family meals together while enjoying the stunning view.

EXTRA PERKS
Take in ocean views while checking emails at the writing desk.  Fast wifi lets you quickly complete a zoom meeting and return to vacation.  Another desk in a secluded area enables uninterrupted online work. Charge an EV using an outdoor NEMA 14-50 outlet.

PARKING AND HOUSE RULES
Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Guests who park on the street will be asked to move the vehicles. Refusal to comply will result in eviction. The golf course and path are for golfers only. Smoking and/or vaping are strictly prohibited. Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm. No house parties please.

REMINDERS:
This home is in Bodega Harbour, a quiet residential neighborhood. It is only suitable for mature and quiet occupants. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, over-occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you can comply with our house and parking rules before renting with Bodega Bay and Beyond Vacation Rentals.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Guest must be 30 years of age or older to reserve this property and must be present at the time of check-in.

NOTE: This property does not have air-conditioning. The garage is not yet available for guests. Owner’s animal allergy prevents the hosting of pets or Emotional Support Animals.
