Enter home through a gated courtyard. Once inside, ahead and to the left is the open Great Room with stunning water views. The Living Area features a large stone fireplace & Flat Screen TV.  Dining Area, to the left, has a table that seats 5 as well as a cozy window seat, and is open to the fully-stocked Kitchen.

Door from Dining Area leads out to the patio. Returning to the entry and proceeding to the right, you come to the Master Bedroom Suite with King size bed and Master Bathroom with sunken tile tub. There is a door that leads out to a private patio. Back to the entry and up a staircase is the sleeping Loft with a Queen Bed and a Twin Pull-out. Full Bathroom featuring tub/shower, as well as a sun room with ample seating to soak up the rays while enjoying the relaxing views.
