Enter home through a gated courtyard. Once inside, ahead and to the left is the open Great Room with stunning water views. The Living Area features a large stone fireplace & Flat Screen TV.  Dining Area, to the left, has a table that seats 5 as well as a cozy window seat, and is open to the fully-stocked Kitchen.

Door from Dining Area leads out to the patio. Returning to the entry and proceeding to the right, you come to the Master Bedroom Suite with King size bed and Master Bathroom with sunken tile tub. There is a door that leads out to a private patio. Back to the entry and up a staircase is the sleeping Loft with a Queen Bed and a Twin Pull-out. Full Bathroom featuring tub/shower, as well as a sun room with ample seating to soak up the rays while enjoying the relaxing views.

Construction next door in empty lot is starting December 2024
From previous construction projects, noise tends to be most prevalent during the first couple of months for foundation work and general framing and most of the time is limited during weekends. Please note we do not know the contractors work schedule though, this is based on previous projects in the area. House pricing has been adjusted to reflect this upcoming work.
