Large home at the end of cul de sac. Enter property through gate into private, wind-protected courtyard, with charcoal BBQ. You enter the home into small family room/sitting area. On your right is a half Bathroom. Straight ahead, stairs lead down to Bedroom level of home on your left.

Continuing on, straight ahead, you come to the large living room with TV, DVD player, fireplace, sliding doors out to deck with panoramic water views. Continuing on to the right you have the large table, dining area and the open, fully equipped Kitchen area. Thus we have a Great Room where everyone can be together.

Through the middle of the dining-kitchen area, there is a door that leads down a few steps to the large Master Bedroom with TV, King size bed, and Master Bathroom with shower. Door from Master Bathroom leads to deck with hot tub spa overlooking the ocean. Returning to middle of home you proceed downstairs to main bedroom level. On your left, down hallway, is a Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV.

Continuing on you come to a full Bathroom with tub/shower, and another Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. There is a patio outside these rooms. Continuing on, you come to a sleeping area with two Twin size beds and TV and there is a door from this room that leads out to a patio. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
