"Ocean Waves" retains a charming, vintage character, designed for those who appreciate simplicity and a break from the modern digital world. With no Wi-Fi and modest amenities, this home encourages a truly disconnected and peaceful retreat. The living area features a convenient Murphy bed, perfect for relaxing by day and transforming into a cozy sleeping space by night. Above, a sleeping loft offers a semi-private bedroom retreat, where the sound of the waves makes for a soothing lullaby.

Heating is managed with a pellet stove and baseboard heaters, ensuring comfort against the coastal chill. Includes limited cable channels, and while there is a landline, mobile reception may be inconsistent—though Verizon users generally receive good service.

Please be aware that the home's stunning proximity to the ocean means that the large windows often bear the marks of salt spray. A hose is available for quick clean-ups, but the sea’s presence is a constant reminder of your close connection to nature.
