Enter the home, and on your immediate left is a Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, DVD, VCR. Proceed up 2 steps from the entry, and on the left is a Full Bathroom with tub/shower. Ahead are the other Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, Flat screen TV, and Master Bathroom with large tiled tub/double headed shower.

The slider door leads out to a Hot Tub/Spa. The third Bedroom, to the right, has 2 Twin size beds and TV. Continuing to the right, the door leads out to laundry area and garage. Back to the entry, you climb a flight of stairs to the living level of the home with an open great room and large fully equipped kitchen with large, Island, bar stools, counter with room for food preparation and an eating area.

To the Right of the kitchen there are doors going out to the Open Water View Deck with chairs and a Gas BBQ. The Cyber Center is to the Left and down the hallway is a half bath. The dining area is to the Left of the Kitchen and has a slider door out to a wind-protected BBQ deck. Down 3 steps is the large living room area with wet bar, large flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player, Queen size sofa bed, pellet fireplace and panoramic ocean views. GAS BBQ.
